CFFCA Membership Application - The easiest way to apply to the CFFCA is by using the online form.  Simply click the button below, fill in the form completely, and submit. The annual fee is only $ 35.00.

Approval Process- Please allow ample time for your licensing status and membership requirements to be confirmed. You will receive notification by email when your membership is approved. Your annual dues must be paid in full before your membership takes effect.
